Return Eligibility
Our company accepts returns within 30 days from the date of purchase, as outlined in this policy.
This 30 day return or refund policy is applicable to all JMJ pieces, with the exception of bespoke, custom made, personalised or custom engraved jewellery and sale items. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale, and do not qualify for our 30 day returns policy.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Once you have your RA number please return your product to: John Michael, 11 Wicklow Street, Dublin, D02 KD45, Rep. of Ireland
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service and to retain proof of postage.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be in their original packaging and include all original tags, labels, and accessories.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refund Process
If your order is shipped back to us for refund, please allow 10-14 business days from when your return is delivered to us for your request to be processed. Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a specified timeframe.
Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected]
Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return as outlined in this policy and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as earrings (for hygiene reasons), personalised or custom-made jewellery, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description for details.
Lost or Damaged Returns
We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during the shipping process. Please ensure proper packaging and use a reliable shipping service.
Refund Exceptions
Refunds may not cover the original shipping cost unless the return is due to an error on our part.
