  2. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via our trusted delivery partner, An Post.

You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping confirmation once your package is dispatched.

Shipping Information

  2. Shipping Address:
    • Orders are dispatched to the shipping address provided at checkout.
    • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the address is accurate.

Customer Responsibilities

    • We cannot replace or refund items sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  2. Delivery Monitoring:
    • Monitor your tracking information and follow any instructions provided by An Post to ensure efficient delivery.
  3. Delivery Window:

If unavailable during the advised delivery window, follow An Post’s instructions to manage delivery directly.

International Shipping

  1. Delivery Costs & Times:
    • International shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be provided at checkout.
  2. Customs Duties & Taxes:

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes associated with international shipments.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is lost or damaged, contact us promptly at shop@johnmichael.ie. Our team will assist in resolving the issue.

Returns Due to Non-Delivery

If a shipment is returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g., incorrect address):

  1. Additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
  2. Please ensure your address is correct to avoid delays or extra costs.

We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
